"Kian hoo is a knowledgeable person. He has his views and differentiates why some properties are better and/or safer than others especially when more than one property are under consideration for purchase. Initially, he recommended me one property to buy. However, after the starting price was out and premium appeared to be on the higher end relative to existing comps, he pivoted and recommended me another property instead. Also stated the pros and cons for my consideration. Definitely not those type of agents that promote "all properties are good and/or with hype" and there is no differentiation at all. Willing to share his view/advice for another transaction of my family even though I did not engage him. It's an earlier transaction before I knew kian hoo. We do have difference in view but there is no right or wrong. Good to debate and hear from different perspectives. Post transaction, we are still friends and catch up occasionally. Also bought me housewarming gift as a friend. Also invite me for free talks for my knowledge even though I have nothing to buy. Unlike other agents which my family engaged where we do not keep in touch post transaction. Nevertheless, this is not wrong but I just wanna differentiate kian hoo from other agent. Lastly, I will recommend his service. "
