Dedicating my service since 2003, I have worked with MNCs, SMEs on their relocation, their expansion and securing a replacement tenant in the case of pre-termination or downsizing. I have also worked with new start up clients in coworking and service office options. My clients are mainly in the CBD area and in the recent years in decentralised business hubs in the east or west, and including business parks , depending on their needs.

Knowing what different business space offers , location , pricing, specifications is basic of what a realtor must possess. But knowing the unique factor that specifically match my client’s requirements requires dedication.
