Huimin was in Corporate Banking serving multinational corporations and conglomerates before moving into property investment. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a major in Finance from the National University of Singapore.

Huimin sees herself as a Structurer – focusing on helping clients restructure their real estate portfolios so that they can upgrade their lifestyle, and multiply their properties for capital appreciation &/or passive cashflow.

Aside from pursuing her career, Huimin specializes in results-based and passion coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation and a Certified Reiss Master Profiler. For fun, Huimin strives to do at lease one bucket list item each year. To name a few recent ones – bungee jumping, sky diving, supercar racing, and she even travelled Europe alone.
