With over 16 years of experience in luxury property sales, Cynthia has managed and led sales teams in numerous high end residential project launches.
Some of her key achievements in marketing high profile residential projects include taking charge of two best-selling properties in the prime Orchard location: Orchard View sold 18 units in 2012 and Grange Infiinte sold 13 units in 2013, among others.
Cynthia is also a key member of the International Sales team and take charge in numerous international property exhibitions and events marketing prime Singapore residential properties in Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, Jakarta, Surabaya, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Kuwait City and Dubai.
Besides residential project sales and marketing, Cynthia is also very active in ad-hoc secondary market sales. Over the years, she has developed an extensive network and database of high net worth individuals and has effectively concluded numerous secondary market sales; for example, Ardmore Park, Four Seasons Park, The Claymore, Draycott 8, Helios and landed homes/bungalows in the upscale Bukit Timah location.
