Lee King Ling

My first encounter with real estate in Singapore started in 1982 when I was a student in Ngee Ann Polytechnic reading a Diploma course in Building Management and maintenance.
Upon graduation in 1984 I worked as a real estate agent for one year before moving on to real estate management roles in consultancy firms till 1991.
While handling common areas management and tenancy management was the main core activities, my interest in joining the agency and consultancy services grew stronger each year. My endeavour to start a real estate agency and consultancy carrer finally realised in 1992 and my past experience and knowledge in tenancy management and building management finally proved to be valuable to my subsequent real estate agency and consultancy roles in different market sectors.

Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies Singapore University of Social Sciences (2017)
