• Hi, My name is CK Lee. I am real estate professional from PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. I am an asset progression consultant and I manage my clients’ portfolio.
• I am focus on HDB Sales and Rental and had accumulated a lot of transactions and experience from it. From there, my company groomed me to be an asset progression consultant and being the largest real estate agency, I am very well supported with lots of resources.
• From our creative funding strategies and understanding of the tax structure. I managed to help many of my HDB owners upgrade to become multiple property owners. Some went on to own landed, commercial and even oversea properties. This gave me many opportunities to work on other market segments.
