Lawrence joined the real estate industry in 2010 as a full time associate, making a career switch from the insurance industry having been working there for 7 years after his graduation as a senior financial adviser.
Lawrence devote his time in the real estate market and at the same time finding a balance to his family life, he took less than one and a half years to be promoted to District Director.
