As active agent and team leader, he has been focused on Singapore high end residential and commercial property transactions for 10 years, with more than 100 transactions done in high end market. He has also won many times top producer awards in Propnex.
In 2012, He ventured out as a founding partner and Head of International Project Department for District 65. In 1 year, he has helped primed developers like E&O, Wingtai, Mah Sing, Mammoth Empire, Shang Properties (Shangri-la Philippines) to launch 14 projects in Singapore.
He is very passionate about property investment, and has been an investment consultant to a group of Singapore investors. He started his own property investment from 2010, and build up a diversified investment portfolio in Singapore, China and Malaysia including luxurious properties, landed property and shop houses. He is happy to share his research and investment road-map in different major Asia cities.
