I’m Kelly, and I’ve spent the last 9 years having the kind of property conversations that most agents don’t bother with — the ones where we slow down, look at your actual numbers, and figure out what your next move really means for your life. Not just your wallet.
I’ve sat with homeowners who were convinced they couldn’t upgrade yet — and shown them they were already ready. I’ve stopped clients from making moves that looked good on paper but would have set them back. I’ve worked with people who had been sitting on the fence for years, not because they were lazy, but because nobody had ever given them a clear enough picture to feel confident. That changes the moment we talk.
What I don’t do: rush you, pressure you, or tell you what you want to hear. What I do: show you your realistic selling range, your actual CPF and cash position, what you can comfortably move into, and honestly — whether moving even makes sense for you right now.
Sometimes the most valuable thing I can tell a client is “not yet.”
