Kaden Koh

Kaden has 15 years of real estate experience. He possesses substantial knowledge and experience in industrial real estate, having managed portfolios of industrial properties at Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) for close to 9 years. Kaden is an adept negotiator and well-versed in government regulatory requirements on the industrial space.

Prior to joining JLL, Kaden was the Industrial Marketing Manager at MIT. He formulated and implemented strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the portfolio of Industrial properties within the company. Before joining MIT, Kaden spent 4 years working in corporate leasing and property sales under Far East Organisation.
