During this time, Joseph showed us many properties but always within our guidelines. This enabled us to concentrate our time viewing properties of interest only.
Joseph is very systematic in his approach. He prepared and updated a spreadsheet of the properties viewed including an evaluation so we could easily compare various homes over time. He has a very good understanding of the intricacies of the Singapore property market and gladly shared his knowledge in total openness.
Once our home was purchased, Joseph introduced us to several banks to compare mortgage rates.
