Hi, I am Joseph Lee and I joined ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd as a Division Director on March 2020.

I am a CEA Certified Agent - Registration No: R023167G
 I have been in the property industry since June 1994 till now. I started as a full time Associate Realtor in C&H Realty and have received intensive in-house training from the Company. My many years with Sales and Marketing experience has helped me to provide Sincere, Honest and Quality service to many happy and satisfied customers.

My Qualifications
 I have passed my CEHA Equivalent in 1995 (Common Examination for Housing Agents).
 I was also a member of the "Institute of Estate Agents" (IEA) till 2010 and was awarded the title of "Certified Estate Agent". This title is accredited to Estate Agents who are of good character and standing and have conducted their duties professionally and ethically.
 I have passed the “National Skills Recognition System” (NSRS) course and was awarded the Individual Competency Certificate in 2003 by Spring Singapore with the support of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) & Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI).
