Who is Joanne?
I started working in building and construction industry where I found my passion in Real Estate. I met designers, architects, builders, and people from all walks of life coming into a house to have a mission – Complete and Hand over the house.
Thereafter, I explored into property rental which my clients were largely my sub-contractor and eventually to designers, architects, and ex-owner.
Soon, I managed every aspect of the real estate process – Buy, Sell and Rent specializing in Industrial and Commercial in my early years and now I am doing a fair share of Residential and Industrial.
I saw my customers progressing and I too would like to progress thus I equipped myself to property investing. I have done well for the past few years as a Real Estate Salesperson who specializes in Asset Progression and Restructuring.
I graduated from University of Northumbria – UK with a Bachelor Honour Degree in International Business Management. During my free time, I always upgrade, upskill and reskill to remain competitive in the current market and I have completed courses like Financial Investing, Value Investing, Lifetime Mastery, Digital Marketing, iHRP CA!
