When I needed to change to a flexi hour job to look after my parents and children, I decided to embark on the real estate journey. I focus in residential properties such as Landed, Condos, ECs and HDB. Having been in the Real Estate industry for more than 8 years, I am able to provide 1-1 consultancy to my clients as I believe every client is unique. Coming from a humble background, I will only want my clients to buy within their means. I will work out very detailed financial plans and propose various options for my clients to choose from. This includes setting aside reserve funds for rainy days. I look forward to providing consultancy to every client because I want to transform more lives. I cannot guarantee you that every property purchase will make money, but as long as you are able to hold mid to long term, you should move forward with calculated risks and make your money work harder for you so that you have more time to do the things that you enjoy.
