Before entering the real estate industry, I spent close to 20 years in IT and education. That background shaped how I work today—structured, analytical, and people-centric. When I needed a more flexible career to care for both my parents and children, I made the decision to step into real estate. It has since become a meaningful journey of service and growth.
With over 12 years of experience, I specialise in residential properties including Landed Homes, Condominiums, ECs and HDB. I believe every client is unique, which is why I provide 1-to-1 personalised consultancy instead of one-size-fits-all advice.
Coming from a humble background, I place strong emphasis on buying within one’s means. My role is not just to facilitate a transaction, but to help clients make well-considered decisions. I work through detailed financial planning, present multiple options, and always factor in reserve funds for rainy days. While no property investment is risk-free, I believe that with a mid- to long-term perspective and calculated risks, property can be a powerful tool to help money work harder—so clients can enjoy more time doing what matters most to them.
