Ivan Lam is currently the youngest Senior Advisory Group Division Director in ERA. He is leading a young and dynamic team consisting of more than 400 associates. He has been a consistent Top Achiever, bagging home ERA Top Achiever Award every year since 2014. He is a Rising Millionaire & Millionaire Realtor for 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023. He was the Top 10 Division Director in 2018, Top 3 District Division Director in 2019, Top 3 Group Division Director in 2020, Top 3 Advisory Group Division Director in 2022 & Top 5 Senior Advisory Group Division Director in 2022.
