Harvey is a real estate graduate from National University of Singapore in year 2003 and has accumulated over 12 years of significant real estate and wealth management experience in various capacities.
He started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle Investments Team covering the investments market in Singapore. His achievements included several successful collective sales and investment sales projects that he was actively involved and was a key member in such as Clementi Mall, Katong Mall, Old Mitre Hotel, 826-834 Upper Bukit Timah Road with total sales amounting to over S$500M in Gross Value. He also co-founded his real estate agency, Land Empire and one of the significant deals transacted by the firm was amongst the top 5 Good Class Bungalow (“GCB”) deals in 2013 worth SGD$54MM. Through a talent acquisition exercise, Harvey went on to assume a director role in the Colliers Capital Markets team covering Singapore and Australian investment markets. Harvey was also one of the editors of a publication covering the GCB Markets in Singapore for JLL during his stint there and was featured in Business Times Property Focus in 2016 where he showcased his thought leadership on the direction for that market segment with the article titled “GCBs keeping their allure”. Harvey had previous stints in Citi Private Bank Real Estate Investments dealing with ultra high net worth on their real estate portfolio through advisory. Most recently in 2017, Harvey was a Team Head in UOB Wealth banking and led a team of 8 relationship managers, who managed clients with AUM of over $400M in cash, investments and treasury products.
Harvey is currently back in real estate since April 2018 with Propnex and was awarded amongst the Top 5% producers in the 3rd quarter 2018, 1st, 2nd quarter of 2019 as well as platinum award in April through representing multiple buy and sell mandates.He has since moved on to Singapore Realtors Inc. Harvey had also been invited to speak on the Singapore private residential market outlook and forward trend spotting for HSBC Premier Banking, UOB Privilege Banking and Consumer Seminars for local real estate agencies.
