He even organised adjustments in the laundry area, as well as ensured that some minor repairs were done promptly so that everything was in order at least a week before we moved in. He also kept us in the loop with what was being done. However, while other estate agents will not even take calls from a tenant who has moved into a rental property, Mr Zeng has always told us to contact him for any problems, big or small. When we have had occasion to contact him with a couple of minor queries, he has always dealt with the issue promptly and to our entire satisfaction. With our last rental property, we had to deal with hidden costs and unexpected demands. Instead, with Mr Zeng, the experiences have been entirely positive. Here’s the bottom line – if Mr Zeng tells you something will be done, it WILL be. We never had a call from him to say, “I’m sorry, I can’t do this.” We have no hesitation in giving Mr Zeng an honest, glowing testimonial.
