Prior to making my move to the real estate industry, I managed a group of high net worth clients in the banking sector for about 6 years to grow their portfolios for the purposes of wealth accumulation and preservation.

Every individual would own a property or multiple properties at different life stages, be it locally and/or overseas, and this usually forms the cornerstone in their portfolios.

Before embarking on the journey with my clients to help them make informed decisions on the purchase and/or sale of their property, I believe strongly in first understanding their unique needs and financial circumstances. It is also important that my clients take calculated risks when looking for investment opportunities that give potential capital upside, in order to have the lowest risk exposure.

I strive to do my best in value adding holistically to my clients’ portfolio, including mortgage advisory as well.
