Edwin Kheng is an Associate District Director with OrangeTee.
From 2007, he has served clients in sales, purchase and rentals in a variety of property types - both residential and commercial. His area of focus is in the residential market (HDB and Private) and he aims to provide clients with an exceptionally delightful experience throughout their property transaction process. He is also an ACTA-certified trainer with OrangeTee, teaching CPD (continual professional development) classes which agents have to clock every year to renew their license with CEA.
Over the past 14 years, Edwin’s clients have given testimonials and complimented him for rendering excellent client service, and they have continued engaging him for their real estate needs as well as referring their friends and loved ones for his services. He has received many accolades for being an annual top-achiever in his agency. Before joining real estate, Edwin was an entrepreneur in the publishing industry in lifestyle magazines and trade directories servicing corporate clients in the government, MNC and SME sectors. He sold off his company to an MNC in a successful M&A.
In 2015, Edwin was the President of BNI (Business Network International) Synergy Singapore, leading a group of more than 40 business owners for effective business networking, referrals and collaborations to achieve more than $4m worth of business done for the year.
In his spare time, Edwin enjoys volunteering with Junior Achievement to inspire children to appreciate entrepreneurship and be better equipped in financial literacy through JA’s programs in the primary, secondary schools and junior colleges.
Edwin graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Hons). He enjoys sharing his past business experiences with students at his alma mater.
