Donny Lee

Being the eldest of the 4 children, he knew from a very young age that he had to lead by example and be a positive influence towards his siblings and family. He also understood that he needed to excel so that his parent could have a better life and make them proud. With the same passion and drive, Donny worked hard and rose quickly through the real estate ladder and recently he was promoted to Executive Group Division Director in ERA and been appointed as an Executive Team Leader with Preeminent Group - The #1 Champion Team in ERA which leads more than 3400 sales force in ERA. Although he has achieved a significant milestone in his career with ERA, Donny does not rest on his laurels and continues to work hard to outperform himself in his personal sales and continue to lead his team to success. He has achieved the highly coveted title of Rising Millionaire by ERA for 3 consecutive years and is a consistent achiever in the company. Year after year he continues to receive ERA's Top Achiever Award while his team also constantly wins the Champion Team in ERA. With close to 15 years of experience as an RES, his passion for this industry continues to deepen as the years go by. Donny prides himself as one who handles every customer with utmost sincerity and commitment because he believes in building long-term working relationships instead of treating it as a one-off transaction. In addition, he is always on the look-out to learn new skills and the latest technology so that he can sharpen himself to better serve and provide greater value to both his customers and associates. Aligning himself with company’s motto of “We Rise By Raising Others”, he also aims to help and inspire more agents in the company using his years of experience in the industry. Hence, he chose to step up and seized the opportunity to be a company trainer. With his years of training the agents in the company and the remarkable results of his trainee, he is also recognized as the lead trainer in ERA. Donny takes a lot of pride in training agents, and he strongly believes that training is the way to go and seeing the standard of Real Estate Professional agents rise, gives him a sense of satisfaction and achievement. Although many people reckon that he can take a back seat with his current accolades, Donny still likes to think that his real estate journey has just begun. He continuously seeks to improve himself and thinks of ways to contribute back to the company and the society. He wants to know how far he can go and as he progresses, he also wants to bring more people along with him. He has a true burning passion in the business and aspires to train more agents.
