Derek brings a rare combination of credentials and heart to real estate. He’s the only realtor in Singapore with a Master’s in Real Estate, recipient of the prestigious CEA SkillsFuture Study Award, and featured twice by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).

Since 2017, Derek has helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes, transacting over S$200 million in properties. His mission is simple — to empower families to make confident, well-informed decisions on one of life’s biggest financial commitments.

Before real estate, Derek worked in digital marketing and advertising, partnering with household-name brands and organisations.

Home for Derek is a 3-bedroom executive condo in Choa Chu Kang, where he lives with his wife — a social worker — and their two daughters.

When he’s not helping clients, Derek is on the sports court, mentoring students in public speaking and career planning, or leading worship in his church.
