Growing up in a family history of Renovation/Interior Design/Electrical work for major high end projects is an advantage on giving ideas to prospective clients or home viewer on a concept for them to visualize in a clear picture .

I do not self proclaim to be any specific specialist in any field , however i have proven track records on my transaction which i could show upon request . Over the past years , personally work on quite a bit of referrals which is my main source of my sales and also engaging in Bulk deals , assets planning , maximizing capital on hand and putting it on the right source in the recent 2 years .

Transacted many executive in the span of my real estate career , Breaking my own track record to sell of Lengkong tiga EM in just 1 day. Ensure that all my clients is financially stable to move on to the next steps , i would have a proper Financial Calculation done before proceding to the next step . Once a unit is decided to be out for sale, full force of marketing would be done with constant update.

For Private/Landed
Other than assisting in Selling or buying/ Investment on private residential , i would also provide a full chain service in overlooking client rebuilt for landed , following up on rental renewal , follow thru the entire lease term for any problems . Bank indication will be sent to bankers by me before the start of my marketing for clients's property . Me and my team have also done newspaper advertisement for overseas country for several of our high end listings . With a panel of bankers from every bank in singapore that i've work in hand for the past 5 years , i could assist in getting services done within mins . From getting a IPA, getting a loan , finding a lawyer etc

As most of the time , i maybe engaging on a line, with a client or in a presentation with other client , i have a Personal Assistant to take down notes, give real estate advice ( personally train by me with a Real Estate Licence ) , answer to any doubts/question or to relay the message for me to return a call immediately as soon as im available . This is to ensure that my clients and future prospective clients would always have someone to attend to their needs or answer their question if i fails to be available to answer their call. I strongly believe in a personalize service .
