He brings with him a vast amount of experience amassed over 12 years as an entrepreneur and an F&B owner/operator. Having setup over 9 different F&B business concepts ranging from restaurants, to cafes, bars, kiosks, and even a catering central kitchen, Darren was involved in every aspect of all his businesses right from the beginning.
From sourcing for a suitable location, to ensuring that the M&E requirements were met; from interior design to execution of renovations; from planning the menu, to liaising with suppliers; and from marketing the business, to running the operations with his team.
This experience and knowledge has helped Darren understand the many processes involved in running a business. Be it complying with SFA requirements, renovation works, CPF/IRAS compliance etc.
