Danny Ou

I joined the real estate industry in 2006, and started off doing HDB transactions. Thereafter in 2008 I decided to advance myself and decided to join Propnex Realty's 'Powerful Negotiators' team. My career has changed ever since joining this team. I mastered the techniques in doing commercial and private condominiums sales and rental deals. In 2010, I joined the Powerful Negotiators landed team and started my foray into the landed property segment. Armed with the knowledge I attended landed course from a construction firm in 2011, during that time I work with a group of colleagues specializing in landed houses, I started to experience tremendous results in landed deals and I am able to advise on all aspects of landed property being sales and purchase or leasing with ease.
