With a wealth of experience in the industry for over 11 years, Damien is well versed and competent in a wide array of real estate transactions, from residential leasing for corporate MNCs, to specific asset and wealth creation requirements for business and personal clients. Having worked for reputable developers during his fresh graduate years, Damien is equipped with knowledge of the real estate market, locally, and in Southeast Asia. He is also part of the SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Award (Gold) in 2020. Commercial offices, shophouses, private residential (landed and non landed), corporate leasing, medical suites and embassies are some of Damien’s portfolio. He has a Bachelor of Business Marketing at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Damien also assisted many clients to capture market opportunities, having tied through rounds of cooling measures imposed over the last decade.
