I started my real estate journey in 2010, working tirelessly with a tenant to quickly find an apartment that checked the various boxes on his list. That drive and dedication, as well as the satisfaction in helping my clients to achieve their property goals, has helped me to support a steady stream of tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers over the years.

Many of my clients have been with me for several years, and together we have navigated the ups and downs as well as seized opportunities in the property market, and very importantly, planned out their property asset progession. I am also happy to earn the trust of my landlord clients who can focus on other matters with the knowledge that I will manage their apartments well. Some tenants become friends as well, and keep in touch even after they have gone back to their home countries.

In addition to serving clients in the residential market (private and HDB), I have also supported various businesses in the commercial space, such as in F&B, retail, office, light industrial space and even art galleries.
