I help companies and investors make clear, confident decisions about commercial and industrial property in Singapore. My work sits at the intersection of brokerage, fit-out, and real operational constraints because most real estate decisions fail not on price, but on details people didn’t see early enough.
Recent milestones include:
• KW Singapore Top Producer & Rainmaker Award (Q3 2025)
• KW Singapore Rainmaker Award (Q3 2025)
• KW Singapore Rising Millionaire
• Featured in AustCham’s Winners in Our Midst for bridging brokerage and design
• Liveable Office Award – Top 5 (2014) for Forward 50
For more than 20 years, I ran Forward 50, a commercial fit-out firm working on offices, retail spaces, and industrial units. That background taught me the parts of a building that matter most but are rarely discussed and the hidden cost drivers that shape the total cost of occupancy.
I’m also a long-term property investor in Singapore and Australia, having purchased multiple assets across residential and commercial categories over the past 24 years. That experience gives me a practical investor’s lens on yield, risk, and long-term value creation beyond the marketing headlines.
My work spans three main groups:
• Occupiers looking to relocate, expand, or consolidate without surprises
• Investors assessing yield, covenant strength, outgoings, and long-term demand
• Workplace teams who need an advisor who can read drawings, identify constraints, and translate technical issues into commercial implications
I regularly contribute to articles through PropX24 and on Instagram (@commercialchris_) about leasing strategy, investment logic, reinstatement, specs, and the realities of how companies actually occupy space.
Outside of work, I enjoy pickleball, traveling, and spending time with my family, good conversations and helping people make decisions they won’t regret in three years.
If you’re making a commercial or industrial property decision in Singapore and want clarity before you commit, let’s connect. I help leaders see the risks, costs, and constraints before they become problems.
