ABOUT CHERYL
Upon completing her GCE O-Level examinations, Cheryl chose a path less travelled. While many of her peers progressed to junior college, she pursued a diploma in Real Estate Business at the polytechnic level — a decision driven by a clear ambition from a young age: to become a successful property investor.
That early conviction laid the foundation for what would become both her profession and her passion.
With a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience as a property investor, Cheryl finds deep fulfilment in her role as a realtor. In just her first three years, she successfully closed over 150 transactions — a testament to both her drive and effectiveness. Today, with more than 12 years in the industry, she has transacted over $230 million worth of properties and built a personal portfolio of 4 properties valued at approximately $9 million.
Beyond individual success, Cheryl is also growing a team of like-minded associates, mentoring them to deliver the same level of professionalism and integrity she stands for.
Her expertise spans across residential sales and leasing, as well as commercial and industrial real estate. Known for her sharp negotiation skills and strategic approach, Cheryl consistently secures optimal outcomes for her clients — whether they are buying their first home or expanding an investment portfolio.
