With 10 years of experience in Singapore real estate, Cassie Lam has built her career around one simple belief — property is ultimately a people business, and trust comes first.
Since beginning her real estate journey in 2016, Cassie has represented a diverse clientele of homeowners, buyers, landlords, investors and expatriates. Within her first five years alone, she successfully transacted more than 300 properties, giving her extensive hands-on experience across different property segments and market conditions.
Today, Cassie is an Associate Group Director with PropNex Realty and co-founder of Avenue Homes Singapore – Realtors With Passion.
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, Cassie works comfortably with both local and international clients. Her experience spans private residential properties, landed homes, luxury properties, new launches, HDB, property investment, sales, leasing and expatriate relocation.
