Background
After 15 years as a Chemical Technician, i decided to follow my real love: real estate. Armed with a Diploma in interior Design, i chose PropNex from an Advertisement in the newspaper, and joined my team leader immediately after a career briefing.

From my network of friendsand colleagues, i have risen up the ranks and was the salesperson behind the highest HDB transaction in early 2013-a Bukit Batok Executive Maisonette sold for $938,000. I also sold a corner terrace for $5.15million at Cashew Terrace in 2012 and a terrace at Eng Kong place for $2.5million in 2017.

I has been with PropNex since 2008, and has served many clients in buying, selling, and renting their properties.

Turn An Average Property to A Dream Home
I have move up my sleeve than just real estate and financial planning. When you work with me, you may find thay you see both phyical and metaphysical changes.

On the physical front, i puts my diploma in interior design to good use. i am able to give my cilents ideas and tips on how they can turn the average property into a home specifically suited to their needs, and allow buyers to see a property with new eyes.

Metaphysically, i have also been able to improve the lives of my cilents through Geomancy after taking a coures from Singapore Polytechnic in 2010. My Knowledge of fortune reading is also a plus for cilents who believe in moving towards prosperity and health.

My Beliefs
"Being truthful to my cilents is my only belief. When I tell them the truth, they will tell me the truth, and being open is how i can gain their trust, as well as build a good relationship.

I want to help my cilents find their dreams home and see the asset appreaciate in vale with the right investments, both in the private and commerical sectors.

Personally, i hope to continue achieving awards. To do so, i need to ensure that i serve my cilents well, and that I do my part to build a rewarding relationship for both of us"
