Angela Lim

Angela Lim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and she also has an honours degree in Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

Till date, she has transacted over S$1.178 billion worth of properties in Singapore and, she has accumulated more than 16 years of real estate experience spanning across investment sales and asset management.

Prior to joining SRI Capital Market, she was with CBRE for almost 9 years where she held positions as Associate Vice President in CBRE Residential team and Associate Director in CBRE Capital Markets team.

Being a real estate investment broker in her previous role with a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, she was covering local investment sale advisory work, with bulk of the work majoring in collective sales, private land, shophouses and strata commercial transactions.

She was instrumental in the sales of many investment properties and development lands such as Caldecott Hill ($280.999m), Min Yuan Apartment ($141m), 2 strata office floors at Solitaire @ Cecil ($103.238m), 2 strata office floors at Springleaf Tower ($53.392m), 1 strata office floor at Samsung Hub ($53.097m) and 1 strata office floor at Suntec Tower One ($37.1m).
