My journey in real estate started long before I became an agent. I studied Economics at Singapore Management University (SMU) with a specialisation in Real Estate — because honestly, I've always been fascinated by how property shapes the way we live and invest. After graduating, I didn't jump straight into sales. Instead, I spent years in real estate research, digging deep into market data, property cycles and transaction trends across Singapore. Then came over in en bloc work — where I got a front-row seat to how land value, collective sales and development potential really work behind the scenes.
All of that gave me something I believe every client deserves — an agent who truly understands the market from the ground up, not just one who shows you units and hopes for the best.
Today, I work with first-time buyers who feel overwhelmed by all the options, families who are ready to make the leap to private, and investors who want to make sure their money is working smart.
