Before focusing on real estate, I built my career across established financial and insurance institutions including OCBC, DBS, HSBC and Etiqa, where I was recognised for strong performance and service excellence. These experiences gave me valuable exposure to financial products, risk assessment, client relationship management and the importance of understanding each client's individual circumstances before making recommendations.
My professional journey has also taught me something I believe is particularly important in property: trust is earned through consistency, transparency and putting the client's interests first.
