I have been in the real estate industry since 2009 covering sale and rent of resale condominiums, landed properties and sale of new condominiums. My knowledge on loan and policies enable me to plan for timeline when client need to buy and sell at the same time. Thank to partners in the law firms and banks, I am received update on timeline and policies changes from time to time. * I am often praised by my landlords for being able to lease out their properties with minimum vacancy period. With a team of contractors supporting me I am able to provide hassle free support throughout the tenancy. This is the main reason why I have many referral from many foreigner landlords. I take pride to maintain the properties in good order therefore I seldom have difficulty renting them. *I am very fortunate to have many direct tenants to support my landlords. Majority of my tenants has been renewing their lease with me for many terms. To thank my tenants for supporting my business, I provide them with a professional property conditional report that document the state of the property at the start of the lease. The report benefit both tenant and landlord as there will be no dispute at the end of the tenancy on what was the state of the property at the beginning. My respond time to any urgent matter is usually immediate. I assist in common repairs ranging from plumbing problems to replacement of electrical appliances to replacing the air conditional system. I am proud to be able to get consent from a landlord that is base overseas and replace the faulty air conditional system in just under 48 hours for my tenant recently.
