Alvin started his real estate career with DTZ back in 2011, and has since actively worked with various property developers, investment advisories and private equity funds in bulk acquisitions, and actively engaged and transacted in collective sales exercises for residential and commercial properties.
Prior to his real estate career, Alvin has assumed various regional roles at senior management level with numerous Chinese, Japanese, American and European based Multinational companies such as CITIC Pacific, Volkswagen Group, Nakamichi Corporation, InFocus Corporation, SIM2 Multimedia S.p.A, Harman International etc., covering more than 15 countries in the Asia Pacific region.
