Every client is unique to him and he places a lot of emphasis on empathy. By doing so, he gains insights into what clients need and want, and devise solutions accordingly. In this ever-changing market, he aspires to be a professional and knowledgeable realtor by value adding from different aspects (i.e. financing and investment analysis) so clients could make better informed decisions with their property purchase, even if it is against market trends. His real estate journey is based on three key principles (H-I-S): Humility, Integrity and Sincerity. Humility. Aloysius adopts the mindset of continuous learning by learning from mentors, seniors, colleagues, veterans and even clients to gain a holistic view of the industry. Integrity. That is the definition of success to Aloysius and you can expect fair and honest dealings from him. Sincerity. Aloysius hopes to build long term relationship with his clients. He works closely with team members to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met accordingly. “I hope to build long term relationships with my clients as well as becoming their lifetime consultant on their real estate needs. Client’s interest is always my priority.” Aloysius graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor in Business Management (BBM) , and was also in the top 5% graduating cohort in Temasek Polytechnic. He worked in the civil sector for 6.5 years, managing medium to large scale IT projects implementations before transiting to the Real Estate industry. He is also an Accredited Mortgage Planner that enables him to chart out his client’s finances holistically and recommend the right instruments to generate more wealth. He is currently an Associate Member of the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA).
