With 28 years of full-time experience in Singapore real estate since 1998, Adrian Goh has built his career around one simple principle:

His experience also includes handling complex and sensitive property situations involving Compulsory Acquisition, divorce, bankruptcy, owners in prison, overseas owners, and property matters involving owners aged 55 and above.
Beyond transactions, Adrian believes that property decisions should be approached with a clear understanding of market conditions, regulations, financing considerations, family needs and long-term objectives.
He continues to invest in learning, technology and innovation to improve the way he serves his clients, including leveraging tools and resources such as SRI Research+, V-Office and OnePoint.
