Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 is located in Ang Mo Kio HDB Estate. Home to ~140k HDB residents and ~50k flats, Ang Mo Kio was the seventh new town to be built in Singapore. As for those who are driving, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 is extremely accessible it is linked directly to Upper Thomson Road and CTE (toll road).
