  Very quiet and full of greenery. People here are nice. Super convenient and near city fringe.

  Hidden gem in Thomson

  One of the better maintained developments in this area with proximity to bus stop (located at side gate). With 288 units, size is just right, not too crowded. Peaceful and pleasant environment and neighbours. Currently undervalued development. Layouts are efficient and meaningful. Common areas well maintained by an active MCST and MA.

  Weigh the pros and cons

  The pros are beautiful landscape, numerous swimming pools, capable maintenance team, great accessibility, windy and spacious units. Cons are bugs invasion, noisy road, subpar fittings and fixtures.

  Fog and bugs - beware

  Theres alot of bugs invading my home every now and then. Tho the mgmt will fog the surroundings, but the fog and bugs are just an annoying combo to live in.

  Good location with proximity to good schools,

  Good location with proximity to good schools, nature reserves and some public housing amenities. Prices at about $1700-$1800psf may be challenging for some though.

  Chinese Developer

  Viewed the showflat, liked what I saw. Hesitant as it is a chinese developer but if project turns out to be what is promised,if quality finishes are at or better than the developer's claims, defects checks promptly followed up by developer and done with superb quality, I am sure, given its prime location, project will see its prices soar.
