  Noisy School

  The place is not bad but Tanjong Katong Sec School is driving me mad. I have been renting here for more than a yr. The military band performs very often. They were performing 3 times a week 2-6pm, everyday till 8pm now that they are going for competition. They are very noisy and keeps playing the same music again again. Facilities in condo is nothing to cheer about either

  Nothing special

  Fair price for an average development. Typical small-size development with impractical facilities that cost money to maintain. But overall a nice place if you can get at not above 750psf. MRT is a good 10mins walk and probably to one of the most busiest MRT stops in the east, very congested traffic at paya lebar side. Some agents are not honest about the Tanjong Katong MRT station, there is no confirm works and no works being carried out yet. Knowing LTA and SMRT, it will probably take another 5 years if they start in 2010.
