ERA, Singapore’s largest international real estate agency, is expanding its regional presence with its entry into a new overseas partnership with homegrown Indian real estate agency, HomeSFY.

ERA was appointed as consultant for HomeSFY, which has presence across four cities in India – namely, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Bengal.

The Indian real estate market reportedly attracted more than US$6.06 billion (S$8.1 billion) in 2019, and is forecasted to reach a market size of US$1 trillion (S$1.3 trillion) by 2030.

“This partnership is believed to drive more value and opportunities to ERA and its network of trusted advisors,” said ERA in a release.

For the first time on Wednesday (10 March), ERA held its annual Asia Pacific Business Conference virtually.

Second Minister for Finance and National Development Indranee Rajah graced the virtual conference, which was attended by more than 18,000 trusted advisors across 10 countries.

“Since its inception in 1982, ERA has been continuously building a culture of empowerment which aims at inspiring individuals to greater heights,” noted the release.

In a bid to provide its advisors creative, conducive, and collaborative work space, ERA renovated the ground floor of its building, ERA APAC Centre. Serving as the headquarters of ERA Asia Pacific, the building provides a permanent home for ERA’s agency operation and its trusted advisors.

The newly renovated interactive space will see “digitalisation taking centre stage across every touch-point”, with its trusted advisors enjoying “access to cutting-edge facilities powered by technology”.

The meeting rooms at the ground floor co-working space, dubbed Everyday @ ERA, are named after the core values of the agency – Unity, Integrity, Innovation, Gratitude, and Passion.

Meanwhile, ERA also unveiled the all-new RealtyWatch by ERA, which is the first and only client-agent-enabling CRM tool within the real estate industry that offers 24/7 updates on the latest neighbourhood project transactions.

The tool allows consumers to “access transparency on the latest neighbourhood transaction prices, be educated on the latest property market info and trends and be connected to professional trusted advisors anytime and anywhere”.

It also enables ERA trusted advisors to “enjoy efficient and free lead generation via a “grab” function which can then be streamlined for follow-up and conversion”.
