Savills boosts property management business

Savills Property Management

The Singapore branch of Savills has announced the acquisition of local property management business Ace Body Corporate Management, which will create the largest privately owned strata manager in the city-state.

Ace will be merged into Savills Property Management. With a staff strength of over 500, the combined entity will manage over 40,000 units in 160 properties.

“With a solid recurrent income and talented leadership team, the merged entity will create a market leader in Singapore property and facilities management field,” said Chris Marriott, CEO of Savills South East Asia.

Chan Kok Hong, Managing Director of Savills Property Management added: “With this injection of new talent, we are expanding our property management business across all sectors including commercial, retail and industrial.”
