It is unfortunate to hear this. I am assisting a client who is undergoing a similar situation in western part of Singapore and have another of my agent assisting a client in Simei with similar issues. My client has already received the interim judgement to decide how the cash proceeds are split while the Simei client has already gotten the final judgement. My fellow professionals have also indicated that unless you have mutual agreement or contest on the split, the more common outcome is equal shares or decided by court. May I know if you are already in the process of getting the court order?
