When one of the tenants (occupier) doesn't get his pass renewed after staying for 5 months, he has to leave, is this an HDB violation? The flat is approved. Should I allow the main tenant to find a replacement and be sure that the replacement has a longer validity period. I'm confused about the rules. Please leave your contact info. Thanks

Hi, you could choose to let the tenant find a replacement before you plan for the next step.

    Hi Aaron, Thank you for your reply. I'm a law-abiding citizen. It doesn't look appropriate every time I have to update tenant profile on HDB website. I'm accommodating many times, but I'm unwilling to compromise my position with authorities.
