Fransiska has highlighted some of the differences. In my opinion, that is the basic considerations. In my opinion, the client base and the domain business the salesperson in is more important than anything else.
The reason behind is every salesperson is likely to have the same marketing media, which are likely to be on yearly subscription basis therefore this is only the advantage we enjoy over owners selling themselves as we are also investing into paid advertisements in newspapers. On the other hand, if the salesperson has the right business domain, he or she will enjoy the additional coverage from his/her existing network of clientele, for example my main business network is within the landed property segment, my network of clientele falls in the higher income bracket and likely own more than 1 property, therefore the tendency for these clients to upgrade or downgrade with healthy budget on hand is good.
