What is the difference between buying an executive codo and a prive condo?

Hi,
there are condition when buying buying executive condominium as they are under HDB's regulations.
Firstly, you cannot own existing private property, cannot have more than 10k monthly household income , cannot dispose of private property within the last 30 months.
In addition, you must have sc/sc or sc/spr with family nucleus.
there are other difference in terms of MOP, financing. EC tends to have more competitive pricing due to these regulations.
there are many new EC launches this year and will continue to increase next year due to high demand, one of such ec is the ESPARINA which had 60% soldout on the launch day and PRIVE which is launching soon. Feel free to message me should you need more information
