What is the best pricing to determine for selling? My property (Age of flat 33 with an area of 117sqm in Bt Merah) is now in the 0-30 days period which so far did not receive any offer.

What if my property was not able to sell in the 2nd period (31-60 days) or 3rd period (61 to 90 days)? Should I let my agent to continue or I let another agent to market the property?

We know that once a property passed the 30 days or 60 days the pricing definitely not the same as in the 1st period.
