I am sure you must have heard about condo units or even landed units being sold at record speed as well as pricing, therefore to put it into perspective, selling your EC within the stipulated timeline (6month upon taking possession of your resale HDB) should be unlikely an issue. The key towards meeting the timeline involves positioning your EC for sale correctly and this can only be done if we have done sufficient research and understand how the past and recent transactions to derive a sound marketing strategy.
