URGENT.Im in the midst process of divorce proceeding.Need to resolve the agreement on resale HDB flat so that can buy my own HDB flat soon.
CPF & CASH contribution as below
HDB House purchase value July 2011: $515K
Bank loan: $290K
Total 30% CPF contributed:$159K (myself $128k: 80% ,my husband $31K:20%)
Total 10% CASH contributed: by my husband $81.85K (incl agent fee $5150 & OTP $5000)
YTD Bal bank loan: $240K
YTD CPF contributed (incl interest): my cpf $200K, My husband $100k
Option 1: When flat sold to open market (with loss profit)
Eg: sold price $450K,after -$240k o/s Home Loan,total bal value after sold the flat $210K
Question 1)
a) Pls confirm $210k will go to cpf acct first
b)if yes,How to distribute bal $210K to our cpf acct (since loss profit as YTD cpf we are contributed $300k, loss -$90k). Pls confirm distribution $$170k: 80% will go to my cpf acct & $$40k:20% will go to my husband acct
c)How abt 10% cash paid by my husband?
