There are a few Qs I would like to ask:
1) When we get an agent to help find a resale hdb, do we need to pay 1% to the agent? As i was told ONLY seller pay agent fee.

2) How much is the deposit for buying a resale hdb?

Dear Angela,

you are right, you need to pay 1% for the agent fee bu with the 1% comm you will be able to enjoy fulls service from viewing , nego, paying desposit , 1st and 2nd HDB appointment.

With a responsible agent , he will be able to guide you through the whole process and necessary documentation works.
